Good food is our passion. This is reflected in our varied menu, which is slightly reminiscent of a French brasserie. We combine traditional recipes with local produce and new gastronomic trends. Our cuisine is classic, but with an extra “mu”, never boring, always fresh, with a variety of dishes for lunch or dinner.

In the focus of the restaurant is the hearwarming food, a friendly bar and charming outdoor areas such as a hidden courtyard with view on the famous mount Jungfrau. We like to be inspired by the former charm of the Goldener Anker, as well as other influences.

Our restaurant sees itself as an informal meeting place in Interlaken, as a creative mix of styles between the urban and the suburban, as a hot spot of hospitality. We take hospitality literally and welcome all those who wish not only to dine but also to socialise.
